Wale has been quietly enjoying a productive year, coming off the drop of his excellent Self Promotion EP. Despite suffering from a bit of a tumultuous run, the project seemed to signal a return to form for the MMG rapper, led by the standout single "Negotiations." It seemed clear that Wale was returning to the fold with a newfound appetite, and as such, has continued his rampage accordingly. Today, he's decided to borrow from Cardi B's Invasion Of Privacy, putting down his original slant on "Bickenhead." Naturally, the subject matter is vastly different from the original.

Kicking things off with a variant of Cardi's singsong flow, Wale simmers a little before coming to a violent head. "Forever my man though, infinity ammo," raps Wale, "they fingers on Kobe Bryant I'm tryin' to be Thanos." It's most definitely refreshing to hear Wale murdering shit again, and if he continues along this path, it may spell the arrival of his strongest material yet.

It's entirely possible that his newfound deal with Warner Bros, which he signed in tandem with his ongoing MMG deal, has reignited a fire beneath the Washington D.C. rapper. Check out his latest drop below.

Quotable Lyrics

Forever my man though, infinity ammo
They fingers on Kobe Bryant I'm tryin' to be Thanos
So get all your friends though, one *snap* and your clan dust
You n***s is all Hulk, I'm the villains the fans want
