Nas' best album is Illmatic. Mobb Deep's best album is The Infamous.

For other hip hop artists, it is not so easy to determine their "best album," let alone declare it aloud with no risk of being rebutted and/or sucked into a ferocious debate by someone within earshot.

Drake is such an artist. He was 19 years old when he released his debut mixtape Room for Improvement in 2006. On Friday, he released his ninth official project VIEWS. While listeners are still digesting the project's 20 tracks, it doesn't seem to be the magnum opus some believed it would be. The debate over which of Drake's projects is his best rages as fierce as ever.
