In the wake of announcing his upcoming album The Autobiography, Vic Mensa has shared another taste of the project. "Wings," which features Pharrell and Saul Williams, finds Vic spitting bars over a shifting beat. Lyrically, Vic is reflecting on his path to success, strolling down memory lane and asking himself some tough questions.

Were his friends loyal? What about his previous girlfriends? It's an honest account of his past, and proves that The Autobiography will truly live up to its name. Stay tuned for the album on July 28th.

Quotable Lyrics

Then you look back at your life and everything is a blur
Did I really turn 23 and see a mill before 24?
Did I just blow it all like a hand grenade in the middle of a civil war?
Am I still down with the same niggas that I came in with?
Do they really value my friendship?
Or do they just love he attention?
