After a few weeks of promotion, Vic Mensa came through yesterday and released his anticipated Hooligans EP, featuring G Herbo, G-Eazy, Mr. Hudson, Charlie Wilson, and Ty Dolla $ign, among others. “What made me put out this music was feeling like it was ready and these were emotions I wanted to convey and energies I wanted people to receive from me and just things I wanted to say,” Vic said.
