Tom Morello is over just being the guitarist for Rage Against the Machine since he's readying his upcoming solo album, The Atlas Underground that arrives on October 12th. The tape features RZA, GA, Big Boi, Killer Mike, Steve Aoki and more. Today Tom has shared a single to get us amped for the release by dropping off "We Don't Need You" with the likes of Vic Mensa on to assist.
"I wanted to make a record that was the [Jimi] Hendrix of now," Tom said of his album. "Guitar playing that is outside of the norm," "jams that connect with a mass audience," and "[the creation of] a new style of music."
