Kid Ink affiliate Vee tha Rula painted a vivid self-portrait with his February mixtape From the Jump. The quality of the tape wasn't much of a surprise, but few could have predicted the cinematic vision he flexes in his new video "Pray", which he debuts this afternoon in an HNHH premiere.
"Pray" features an in media res open -- Vee has been captured by a gang of marauders. They hold him hostage in a warehouse and demand that he divulge the secrets contained in a mysterious book. The video then travels back in time 12 hours -- Vee is on the run from the marauders, who whip Kawasakis through the desert (presumably Vee's native Arizona) in pursuit. Definitely one of the illest videos to drop in 2016 thus far.
