Vado and Chinx are two rappers currently making waves in New York, Vado as a part of DJ Khaled's We The Best collective, and Chinx as the second-in-line for French Montana's Coke Boys crew. The two have come together for a new record that isn't exactly the pure New York record you might expect, which makes it all the more interesting.
Almost sounding like something PartyNextDoor would come up with, the hazily melodic record does a good job of capturing the cold introspection that Toronto's best have been drawing from lately. Look out for plenty more from both artists in the next little while.
