With his new album around the corner, fans are eagerly awaiting to see if the singer will pursue this direction further or-- with his seminal album, Confessions celebrating its 10th anniversary this year --go back to basics.
"Good Kisser" is certainly looking backward, but perhaps a little farther than the crooner's classic R&B beginnings. The single borrows more from soul, incorporating live instrumentation and funk rhythms for a sound akin to revisionary dance singles like "Blurred Lines" and "Get Lucky".
