Will this fight ever happen?

The back-and-forth between Floyd Mayweather’s camp and UFC’s Conor McGregor has been highly-publicized, but so far the fight seems more like an idea than something that could actually come to fruition. Today Dana White did his best to push the fight towards reality during an appearance on Colin Cowherd’s The Herd.

Specifically, UFC President Dana White offered Floyd Mayweather $25 million for the fight, with an equal amount going to Conor McGregor and the pay-per-view payouts to be determined. While that isn’t really close to the guaranteed $100 million Floyd Mayweather has publicly asked for, it’s probably a bit more realistic.

White even backed up his offer with some numbers to dispute Mayweather’s claims that he is the marquee fighter of the two, stating that Floyd Mayweather’s most recent fight only pulled in 350,000 pay-per-view buys, compared to the 1.3 million and 1.5 million pay-per-view buys McGregor got for his last two fights.

Do y’all think think fight will ever happen?
