Tyrese Gibson has had an eventful November so far. His custody battle for his daughter, a social media beef with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and simple posts and uploads that continually got dragged by many an Internet

(including 50 Cent) combined to make the actor/singer snap at least a little bit, posting a tear-drenched video rant on Instagram that soon become one of the most widely ridiculed clips online. Now, it seems like Tyrese might have to fly solo during his next court date if he's unable to find a replacement attorney.

According to a report from Page Six, he'll be representing himself in front of a judge on Tuesday (November 14th) if he can't secure the services of another lawyer. His previous attorney, Terry Levich Ross, is on the oust after Ross filed for substitution last week. The sense is that he'll still align himself with new legal counsel ahead of his date in court, but if that doesn't happen, he'll be a one-man show when he steps in front of a judge.

For those who aren't in the know, Norma Gibson, Tyrese's ex, is still seeking a permanent restraining order against him, following claims that he physically abused their 10-year-old daughter Shayla. He's since blamed his poor performance during previous in-person hearings, as well as the strange social media deluge that he was responsible for recently, on prescription psych meds that made his temperament more than a bit unstable. On Saturday (November 11th), he posted a public apology to his fans that read, in part, as follows:

“I want you guys to know that to this day I don’t drink, smoke or on any level do I do drugs......... because of this high stress and very traumatic experience I was advised then ultimately connected with multiple therapist and psychiatrist…this particular drug that was suggested although maybe helpful to others had an adverse effect on me and this is the reason I had a complete meltdown online."

Much of the child abuse talk has been dropped in recent days but Tyrese isn't totally in the clear in that regard either, after supposedly skipping out on a chance to see his daughter recently. Only time will tell if this impacts his next chapter in his legal saga.

What do you think? Is Tyrese's outlook better or worse now after his apology? Let us know in the comments.
