Tyler, the Creator updated his streaming output with the instrumental version of his 2015 release Cherry Bomb. The 2-disc upload titled Cherry Bomb + Instrumentals is not available as a practice pad for amateur spitters. For Tyler to re-expose himself to criticism appraisal a second time, demonstrates just how fond he is of the project.

It's the music I've always wanted to make. Joy Division, Ronnie McNeir, N.E.R.D. -- that's the shit that really got me. To finally be able to make that -- to make a song with Roy Ayers, 'Find Your Wings' -- is really cool," he said in an interview with Billboard, moments after debuting the project.

The spirit of the upload is captured in his renewed efforts as an instrumentalist. Several of his offerings, such as "PUFF," were reworkings of previously enjoyed material. Tyler is in the process of preparing for the 2018 edition of his annual Camp Flog Gnaw festival. He has already locked down appearances from the likes of Kids See Ghosts, Post Malone, Ms. Lauryn Hill, SZA, ASAP Rocky, BROCKHAMPTON, Jaden Smith, Rex Orange County. Camp Flog comes to Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles on November 11th and 12th.
