Tyler, The Creator held a fashion show for his new Gold Wang line on Saturday, and naturally, music played a role in the event. The Odd Future rapper gave attendees a very special performance of a brand new track titled "My Ego," which he has since revealed will never be released or performed outside of that one premier. Thankfully, someone has ripped the record in fairly decent quality and made it available on SoundCloud. Compared to his jazz experimentations on Cherry Bomb, this one finds him revisiting the aggressive rap style he's best known for (similar to his surprisingly incredible take on Kanye West's "Freestyle 4"). It starts out with a minimal synth arrangement before introducing a wash of chords that pair with some raw boom-bap drums. Meanwhile, Tyler riffs on some of the controversies he's found himself in over the course of his career.

Quotable Lyrics:
Said some old lines was offensive
I was young, I can’t apologize for that shit
They took my fiction literature for literal
I ain’t no motherfuckin’ criminal
