Tyler, The Creator recently wrapped up his co-headlining tour alongside Vince Staples in support of his most recent album, Flower Boy. The North American leg of the tour went well and the whole tour was sold out. While he had plans to hit South America for a few dates, it looks like that won't be happening.
Tyler, The Creator was scheduled to perform in Chile, Argentina and Brazil as part of Lollapalooza this week. However, they took to their Facebook page to announce that he won't be performing "for personal reasons." The actual reason hasn't come to light but, Tyler hit Twitter today to give a strange explanation of sorts.
"hello, im not coming to south america as planned anymore, sucks, i will be there at some point tho, sorry, i know yall was really really looking forward to it, but, uhhh....yeah, sometimes a duck isnt a jean jacket....ill be out there one day, holla * heart emoji*." He wrote on Twitter.

His explanation to cancelling his shows are still ambiguous to say the least but "a duck isnt a jean jacket" likely refers to something that's gone wrong behind the scenes but who knows.
Tour dates for American and European fans are still happening. The rapper will kick off a new set of dates on April 11th in L.A. before heading on a festival run which includes Coachella, Soundset and Primavera in Spain.
