Many had hoped that the mysterious "TBA" set between Erykah Badu and Schoolboy Q on Day 2 of Camp Flog Gnaw would be Frank Ocean. As it turns out, the set featured Tyler, the Creator and Earl Sweatshirt, who revived their EARLWOLF project for twenty glorious minutes.
Tyler and Earl have been spotted together at multiple festivals this summer, sparking hope that the old friends have put their differences aside and may even been working on new music. Two years ago Tyler said of Earl,“That’s my nigga, we just aren’t as close as we were. It’s kind of weird, but I’m aware and smart enough to know, okay, shit changes.”
