Tyga Sued For Allegedly Allowing His Crew To Assault Process Server

Tyga is being sued for allegedly allowing his crew to beat up a process server.

It looks like Tyga has found himself in the middle of another lawsuit, and ironically it stems from a time when he was being handed papers from another case & beat up the process server TMZ reports.

If you remember, Tyga was served papers back in November while walking into the Penthouse club for his birthday party, and as a result his team beat up the man serving the papers, ultimately causing a new lawsuit. According to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, the process server was "grabbed, yanked, pulled and choked" by someone in Tyga’s entourage.

The victim is claiming Tyga allowed the beat down to take place. Whether or not he wins the case will be another story.
