Tyga must have really hit it out the park with his controversial directorial debut, seeing as it's been immediately recognized as one of the top adult films of 2012. Featuring a slew of reputable porn stars, it's been nominated for "Best Wall-to-Wall Release," "Best Music Soundtrack" and "Best Oral Sex Scene" at the 2013 AVN Awards. His hit single "Rack City," for which the film is named, is featured on the soundtrack.

Steve Javors, Adult Media News' managing editor, praised the rapper's work ethic, stating that "he paid attention to detail, was conscientious about getting good performances from his cast and really wanted to put his personal stamp on this project."

Tyga produced and directed the film with the help of longtime friend and former roommate Justice Young, who is involved in the porn industry. The rapper also makes an appearance in the film in a non-sexual role, which expands on the hedonistic concepts introduced in his “Make It Nasty" video.

The 2013 AVN Awards will take place on on January 19th at the Joint in the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Tyga will be making a special appearance at the ceremony, performing a brief set before the winners are announced.

Judging by the increasing amount of hype surrounding young T Raww lately, his chances are looking pretty good.
