Tyga & His Son Sued By Simon Cowell's Ex-Fiancée Over Unpaid Rent: Report

Tyga and five year old son are listed in the reported lawsuit.

It seems like Tyga is prone to being sued at this point. While he may be back to working on music, he's constantly at the receiving end of some sort of lawsuit. In recent times, he hasn't had any new lawsuits to face but that seems to have changed and this time, his son, King Cairo, seems to be listed in the suit as well.

According to TMZ, Tyga and his five year old son, King Cairo, are being sued by Simon Cowell's ex-fiancee, Mezhgan Hussainy. The report claims that Tyga rented a Beverly Hills house from Hussainy for $40K a month. He initially moved in in March of 2017 and was doing good on his payments for a while. However, Tyga's being accused of now paying his rent for a while now. Hussainy now says that he stopped paying rent in January and hasn't made a payment since.

The suit against Tyga also lists his five year old son as a defendant. Apparently, Tyga listed him on the lease and now, Cairo's listed as "other defendant" in the lawsuit. Hussainy's now looking to get Tyga evicted from her property and wants to get all of the rent back.

Hopefully, there's some sort of conclusion they could come to. We'll keep you updated on any other news pertaining to the lawsuit.
