Alongside every innovative legend is an outstanding engineer. Tommy D was that engineer for Tupac, and now he wants to share his story. Taking to Kickstarter to fund the project. Tommy D is looking to spread the unheard stories about the creation of The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory (commonly known as the Makaveli album) as well as takes from Snoop's Doggystyle and Dr. Dre's The Chronic.

Ben Leinen, whose undertaking the task of writing the book for Tommy writes on the Kickstarter page, "I found out Tommy was NEVER PAID for working on 2Pac's last album!? He hasn't been able to talk because he's been stranded on Death Row. He worked for the record label giant until 2007 - the last original member. Tommy D was one of the last people to take care of NATE DOGG & built him a home studio before he died!"

"With the ALL EYEZ ON ME movie being released, it seems like everyone has had their say on 2Pac except his CHIEF ENGINEER!?" he adds, "Tommy was in-studio with him more than anyone. Both Pac & Tommy were addicted to recording, which is why they worked together.

You could see why 2Pac liked him if you ever met him. He's the most generous person you will ever meet in the music industry. Tommy helped many starving artists get their start in LA... He's contributed countless hours to 2Pac's music.
