Philadelphia emcee and producer Tunji Ige has another new tune for us, just a couple months after sharing “HANSTAND” in December.
“I Just Wanna” is exactly what you’d expect it to be about, as Tunji Ige sings and raps over ghostly vocal samples and boom-bap 808s. The young artist put together the beat as well as writing the rhymes.
About halfway through the song there’s a serious beat switch, and the notes on his Soundcloud suggest the second half may be part of a song called “Lurking.” Nonetheless, it sounds great as a single cut and we’re stoked to hear both tracks in their entirety.
