Trippie Redd is fresh off the release of his second project of the year, A Love Letter To You 3. The third installment in his ALLTY series had a bigger push than his debut, Life's A Trip. The rapper released his single, "Topanga" through Zane Lowe's Beats1 show before performing the single on Jimmy Fallon Live. The album ended up debuting at number 3 on the Billboard 200, but the project also earned Trippie his first number one album on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop chart.

Trippie Redd's A Love Letter To You 3 is doing numbers out here. The rapper's latest project debuted at the top of the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Chart after moving 84K equivalent album units in the week ending on Nov. 15. It's the highest charting album in his catalog thusfar, but he's previously made appearances on the chart. The rapper's first two installments of A Love Letter To You made their way onto the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop charts, but the third installment in clearly the most successful.

His debut on the chart shouldn't come as a surprise. A Love Letter To You 3 was the most streamed album on the week of its release, an accomplishment Trippie couldn't have reached without his loyal fanbase.

"I really don’t think y’all understand how fuckn amazing you guys are I mean honestly we just kinda showed our ass going this crazy no promo at all thank you my 1400/800 brothers & sisters," he wrote on Instagram as he announced the news.
