Color is an underrated part of the film making process, and can be used to exemplify moods and themes in movies, TV shows, and even music videos.
This Julia Michael's new video for "Jump," she's joined by Trippie Redd in a black, blue, purple, and red world that exemplifies the emotions sung about in the song. Bad decisions are made at night time, and the neon palate of the video reflects the mind state of a night of partying.
Otherwise, the video finds Michaels mainly posing in different places around a car as she sings the hook of the track. Trippie Redd makes his appearance towards the end, flashing his ice as he sings his anguish away in his verse.
