Saturday Night Live is one of the most historic television shows ever. It has been on the air since 1975 and with 850 episodes filmed, it's one of the longest-running programs of all time. Season 44 is set to premiere on September 29 and the producers of the show have big plans in mind. It's already been announced that Kanye West will release his album on the same day that he performs on SNL but the week after also features an artist that you'll want to tune in and watch.

SNL has a way of doing that every single week, consistently inviting the top stars in the music world to perform a live set in their New York City studio. The week following Kanye's appearance is another must-watch episode as Travis Scott has just been announced as the musical guest.

The October 6 edition of SNL will have Awkwafina, actress and artist, as the host and La Flame will take the stage as the musical guest. With Astroworld fresh in our minds, it's likely that he'll perform one or a few tracks from the album. Perhaps a Drake-less version of "Sicko Mode?"

The guests for the following week have also been unveiled on the show's Instagram account, showing Seth Meyers and Paul Simon as the attractions on October 13. Will you be tuning in to watch Travis Scott?
