How cool of a person do you have to be to have your own holiday? Not like, your birthday where everyone is somewhat obligated to appreciate your existence. An actual holiday that is celebrated by others even if you're not around. That's what Trae Tha Truth has created for himself. It's that time of the year again where Houston representer Trae The Truth celebrated his annual holiday. Trae Day 2018 kicked off this weekend, and the rapper ended the festivities today with a Family Funday concert.

Trae Day is more about giving back to the community than it is about celebrating Trae himself. Medical assistance such as STD testing and immunization shots were available at the event, and children were also given free school supplies. Animal rides and face painting stands were also available for kids to enjoy themselves. Trae paid for children to get haircuts and painted nails at Fade In Full Mancave as well. A celebrity basketball game (featuring J. Prince) and a comedy show were among the activities that were geared towards the adults. Houston’s Spire Nightclub hosted the celebration's after-party with performances by Trae, G Herbo, Lil Durk, Gunna, and Yella Beezy. No one can say that Trae Tha Truth doesn't hold it down for his community.
