Last month, a new trailer was released for Toy Story 4, getting the masses pretty hyped for its release this summer. It's been a while since the franchise introduced a new instalment and after the fourth and final film was announced a few years ago, fans were excited to see where things would head. Considering this is a Disney/Pixar film, we can bet on a nostalgic happy ending. However, how will the creators of Toy Story keep the movie fresh and interesting? It appears as though the introduction of new and forgotten characters is the go-to for Toy Story 4 with Forky being added to the film in the latest trailer.
The first full-length trailer has officially been released and Woody and the gang look to be getting ready for new adventures. Bonnie's favorite toy at the moment happens to be Forky, a spork that she made at school. The gang's mission is to ensure that absolutely nothing happens to Forky, or else things will go terribly wrong. Of course, things don't exactly go as planned when the new toy tries to escape, explaining that he's not a toy. "I was made for soup, salad, maybe chilli, and then the trash!" says Forky. Buzz Lightyear and Woody make it their life goal to find Forky and get him back to Bonnie.
It's about time we get a full-length trailer. Toy Story 4 will be in theaters on June 21.
