If you haven't heard, there’s a viral challenge happening right now called the #MoMo challenge, which finds a grotesque birdlike entity named "Momo" appearing in your DM’s and/or Youtube videos instructing kids to perform harm on one’s self, including as far as suicide. Crazy right? Well it’s a thing which some kids are apparently doing, but Tory Lanez wants it all to stop.
The Canadian singer jumped on IG Wednesday night and shared his reaction to this ridiculous challenge, which was to inform the parents of what’s happening.
“MoMoChallenge KEEP YALL KIDS AWAY FROM THIS SHIT !!! MONITOR THE VIDEOS THEY WATCHING ON YOUTUBE .. LIL KIDS KLLING EACHOTHER AND ALL TYPE OF SHIT ... @youtube y’all need to FIX THIS SHIT !” he left as his caption.
Tory isn’t the only artist/celebrity to voice his displeasure about this stupid challenge. On Wednesday morning, Kim Kardashian also spoke up about #MoMo, saying Youtube needs to make it stop ASAP.
