In the wake of Chris Brown's altercation with Frank Ocean, Tony Parker is opening up dialogue once again for his lawsuit with W.i.P. nightclub, now holding Chris' temper as the culprit.

Parker had previously filed a $20 million lawsuit against the nightclub. The NBA star is suing for an injury to his cornea that he suffered in the crossfire between Chris and Drake's people at the club last June. He now claims that the club should never have granted admittance to the R&B singer, judging by his previous outbursts.

Tony's legal docs point out that Chris' fight with Ocean, as well as his infamous abuse charges he faced for the Rihanna incident, make him unfit to socialize in locations where he could lose control of his temper.

Parker claims that Chris should never have been assigned a table at the nightclub, based on his previous behavior.
