Yesterday was not only Will Smith's birthday, but it was also T.I.'s birthday and just as Will did something extreme like jump out of a helicopter in the Grand Canyon, Tip also did something major that involved copping a luxurious beachfront home courtesy of his lead lady, Tiny. T.I. shared a video of his boujee grounds on Instagram with a caption detailing just how grateful he is for where he is for his 38th year.
