Tina Knowles Posts & Deletes Photo Of Jay Z & Solange Sharing An Elevator

Jay Z and Solange may never be able to share an elevator again without feeling a little bit awkward. In 2014, security footage from the Met Gala showed the two in a heated confrontation, as Solange seemed to yell and hit Jay Z for reasons we're still not entirely clear on.

Last night, Solange's mom Tina Knowles posted a photo of Jay and Solange peacefully sharing an elevator, but it seems she either didn't make the connection or had second thoughts about the context of the photo, and deleted it shortly thereafter.

Of course, the internet had the post screencapped instantly, and the fact that the two were pictured in an elevator of all places was not lost on Twitter, who brought out the jokes for the occasion.
