Golf icons Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson are set to go one-on-one in November at Shadow Creek Golf Course in Las Vegas, with $10 million on the line. According to ESPN, the showdown is scheduled for Thanksgiving weekend either Friday, November 23 or Saturday, November 24.

Last month, Golf.com reported that the two sides were in negotiations for a "winner take all'' match. In the article, Mickelson said, "It's a ridiculous amount of money. No matter how much money you have, this amount will take both of us out of our comfort zone.''

Additionally, both Woods and Mickelson have agreed to be miked up for the event. Mickelson told Golf.com's Alan Shipnuck, “You will hear a lot of the comments that you don’t hear on regular TV. We both like to talk smack, and we both have fun with what we’re doing. And the fact that this isn’t an official tournament, that it’s just a head-to-head match, you’ll hear some of the little nuances, some of the little things that you don’t normally pick up.”

Sports Illustrated reports the Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook currently has Tiger as a –130 favorite over Mickelson. Both golfers will compete in this week's WGC-Bridgestone Invitational, which kicks off today at Firestone Country Club in Akron, Ohio.
