T.I has been a busy man. Earlier today, he premiered his new single "The Amazing Mr. Fu*k Up," which served to shed a light on his relationship with Tiny; fans have already started calling it his most personal track in years. Hitting up Beats 1 for a conversation with Zane Lowe, Tip took a minute to shout out some of his favorite artists, several of which feature on his upcoming the album The Dime Trap. Perhaps such is a benefits of reaching OG status, as Tip Harris has.

"Anderson .Paak is probably one of the most enjoyable listens that you’ll find out there right now," says Tip. "Also, Teyana Taylor, another one that's great to listen to. Meek Mill, Young Thug. I also like listening to Lil Baby and Gunna. Yella Beezy, he’s pretty dope. Moneybagg Yo is pretty dope."

Paying respect to his fellow veterans T.I proceeds to tips his hat to a few former collaborators. "I’d be remiss if I didn't acknowledge the sleeping giants who also raised their head in the past year," he says. "Eminem, Wayne with The Carter V. It’s been an incredibly dope year in music on all fronts, even artists like H.E.R., 6LACK, The Internet, Daniel Caesar. There’s so many different types of dope sh*t that’s going on."

Real recognize real. Stay tuned for The Dime Trap, arriving this Friday.
