Mugshots are usually not this hilarious (unless they're of Orlando Brown.) Charles Dion McDowell should not be going viral after the crimes he committed. According to the Escambia County Sheriff's Office, the man was arrested for evading police, possession of meth with intent to sell, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of marijuana, and other drug-related charges. If he is indeed guilty, it would probably be inappropriate for it to be glorified. This is the internet though and the craziest things go viral all the time.
One look at his mugshot and you'll know exactly why people are going mad over the photo. McDowell has an abnormally wide neck, causing many to lose their minds over his mugshot. He flashes a toothy smile and, as one commenter pointed out, it looks like his head is attached to his thigh. Everybody reacting to the news decided to be comedians, writing, "You people should be ashamed of yourselves, all this neckativity isn’t right at all" and "He’ll be outta jail neck week."
