Theophilus London details the making of his new album, and discusses hanging out with Kanye in Paris.
Brooklyn's Theophilus is all set to drop his new album Vibes tomorrow, and we caught up with him recently to discuss the project's genesis, his work with Kanye West and getting fire weed from Wiz Khalifa.
Holing up in a house in the desert in California, London ended up making an album that was more relaxed than he was used to. The project was executive produced by Kanye, who Theo could not stop praising in the interview. He also reveals that he "wrote some stuff" for Mr. West's upcoming album, though knowing Kanye's restless reputation, he wisely doesn't bank on ending up in the final cut.
This all wraps up with London telling a story about meeting up with Wiz Khalifa, who got him so high that he missed his flight. All in a day's work for Theophilus London.
