If new music from Ja Rule is a blast from the past, a collab with Lil Mo is doubling down. The two team up on the sequel to Rule's record released the other day, "The Memoire". From the sounds of it, this one was recorded in the era its names recall, featuring a shuffling early '00s instrumental, with Ja dueting with Mo in a way we often heard him go back and forth with Ashanti.
Fresh off of a rekindled beef with 50 Cent, Ja is certainly taking advantage of his newfound relevance. We don't see this one making the cut of his upcoming album, Genius Loves Company, but that's said to be coming soon anyway.
