The Game's The Documentary 2 and The Documentary 2.5 arrived last fall with significant fanfare, due in large part to the fact that The Documentary 1 was one of the best West Coast rap albums of all-time.
With no pedigree to live up to, Game's upcoming album 1992 isn't receiving quite as much as hype as TD2. The 1992 hype train formally left the station last night when Game took to IG to announce the album's release date: October 7.
The Game, who recently released the prelude album Block Wars, is currently in the midst of his 1992/Block Wars tour, which runs until October 6.
