The flan is one of the most promising rappers coming out of Ontario right now, and as you may well know, the area has been a hotspot over the last couple of years, producing artists like The Weeknd, PARTYNEXTDOOR, Tory Lanez, and of course, Drake.
The Flan hails from Brampton, which has a scene of its own, and as his 905 mixtape suggests, he puts on for his area by mixing the sounds around him with his own unique melodic gifts. "They Don't" is one of The Flan's harder records, as he adopts a more barreling delivery for a full-force assault on the verse, before bringing the energy down on the hook.
