Your introduction to Brampton, Ontario rapper by the name of The Flan continues today. The former Heatseeker hasn't stopped submitting heat to us, following up his triumphant single "Ready For War," and his music video for "Famous." Today he hits us with a visual for "PSA," another taste of the mixtape he's currently prepping. This record's slow building, from a simple drum sample to piano keys and more, while Flan spits some realness about social issues. It's a short but powerful song.
