Tekashi 6ix9ine Pleads With Judge For No Prison Time In Child Sex Case: Report

Tekashi 6ix9ine's legal troubles have been haunting him even before "GUMMO" took off last year. However, his recent arrests have made prosecutors press to have him behind bars from one to three years for violating his plea deal in his child sex case. Now, Tekashi 6ix9ine has filed documents arguing that he shouldn't get any jail time but instead, serve probation for nearly half a decade.

According to TMZ, Tekashi 6ix9ine has filed documents pleading with the judge to let him off with probation. The rapper pled guilty to the use of a child in a sex act in 2015 but as part of his plea deal, he was supposed to stay out of trouble and complete his GED. While the rapper has claimed that the GED portion was completed, he's arguing that his two arrests this year in Brooklyn and Houston don't violate his plea deal. His lawyer claimed that both of the arrests happened last year and the deadline for his plea deal was in October 2017. Now, Tekashi 6ix9ine has asked the judge to sentence him with four years of probation and a youthful offenders program.

The Houston arrest stemmed from an incident where he allegedly attacked a fan at a mall. The arrest in Brooklyn happened after a cop claimed the rapper assaulted them.
