Tekashi 6ix9ine's been in some trouble lately, however, that hasn't stopped his grind in the Billboard charts. One thing he's been flexing on his haters is the fact that each one of his singles from "GUMMO" onwards have charted on the Billboard Hot 100. Despite how you might feel about him, he's still managed to make each one of his singles go viral. With the release of "GOTTI", the rapper has now reached his sixth consecutive Billboard Hot 100 entry.
The first single Tekashi 6ix9ine released without yelling on it proves to be a success as it has made it's way onto the Billboard Hot 100. This makes 6ix9ine six for six on the charts. The song has debuted on the charts at 99 while Day69 cut, "BILLY" sits a little higher at number 91.
Thusfar, "Gummo" has been his highest charting single to date and peaked at number 12 on the Billboard Hot 100. It's also the only song he's ever had in the Top 40. Other songs that have charted are "Keke," "Kooda" and "Rondo."
Aside from his recent accomplishment, the rapper's been making headlines for some beef that's gone down. Over the weekend, one of Tekashi 6ix9ine's crew members allegedly fired a gun at Casanova's crew at the Barclay's centre during Adrien Broner's fight. Footage surfaced earlier today of 6ix9ine and members of his entourage being questioned by the police. We'll keep you updated on further information as it surfaces.
