Tekashi 6ix9ine felt the need to give back to the people over the weekend, as he recently gave away ten pairs of diamond earrings at a New York City club.
A video of the event, posted by DJ Akademiks, shows the "Gotti" rapper on stage, handing out small black bags to club goers with their hands outstretched, while another man hypes up the crowd.
While this is a very nice gesture from Six9ine, he's clearly not hurting for cash. Right off the tail of a hoax in which he pretended for several days to have been locked up in jail, it was reported that 6ix9ine had signed a lucrative sponsorship deal with TUNES Audio; a deal that comes with a payout in the range of $4.9 million. He's reported to be launching his own model of headphones with the brand.
After signing a deal of that magnitude, a couple pairs of diamond earrings seems like chump change in comparison. That being said, getting passed a free pair of diamond earrings would likely make anybody's night.
