Winners Circle, a rap duo comprised of Marcus Eugene and Starks, are the newest members of Stalley's Blue Collar Gang. Their upcoming debut mixtape is set to have a bunch of good features: Nipsey Hussle, Stalley, Boldy James, Kendrick Lamar and Curren$y. Look out for the project coming at the end of March.
