MC Hammer supposedly owes the US Government $779,585 in back taxes, and they aren't forgetting it.
According to documents obtained by TMZ the emcee owes money from his finanicially troubled years, 1996 and 1997. The government is demanding that any money from concerts go directly to them. MC Hammer filed for bankruptcy back in 1996 after accumulating $13 million in debt.
