It was back in August that singer Syd announced her very first solo tour, set to kick off this month with an already sold out show at New York’s Irving Plaza. Named after her most recent EP, the Always Never Home tour will go through cities across the United States and Canada, including Boston, Philadelphia, Toronto, San Francisco, Las Vegas, and a making a two-day stop at October’s Camp Flog Gnaw Festival in which she will play two sets, one as a solo artist, and another alongside her bandmates in The Internet.
Most recently, rapper Buddy took to the web to announce that he would also be joining Syd on the road for a thelast few dates on the schedule, namely across the west coast in Seattle, Vancouver, and throughout California for a total of 8 shows.
The Compton-bred emcee's most recent full-length offering arrived in August as well, in close proximity to Syd's initial tour announcement, in the form of his Magnolia EP, a five track outing that featured appearances from Boogie, Kent Jamz, and Wiz Khalifa.
