Details of Suge Knight's journey is set to be unleashed through a documentary entitled American Dream/American Knightmare. The film is set to offer insight into unexplored territory as it focused on one of Hip Hop's most infamous figures. His enigmatic persona reveals itself in exclusive interviews with the Death Row Records founder in addition to testimonies by his entourage and associates. Tough questions are posed, including one that asks Suge to speak on the speculations of his involvement in 2pac's murder.

The documentary's director, Antoine Fuqua (Training Day), commented on the production's intention in bringing Knight's story to the public.

Suge also gives a first-person account and new details about the Las Vegas shooting that took the life of Tupac Shakur and also seriously injured him. This is a cautionary tale of one man’s choices and the consequences of his decisions.” arrives just months after Knight pleaded no contest to voluntary manslaughter in a 2015 hit-and-run case. American Dream/American Knightmare premieres on December 21, on Showtime at 8:30 p.m. ET/PT.
