Kanye West is the secret to a fruitful academic career. Or so they say. While he may be the college dropout, that's not to say his wisdom isn't beneficial for the next generation of would-be scholars. In fact, a middle-school teacher by the name of Eric Sauercracker recently shared a photograph from one of his exams, which showcases one essential truth: Yeezus fans, like their lord and savior, are prone to taking things delightfully far. As it happens, Sauercracker was staging his physics midterm exam, which featured a strict no-phones rule. An ambitious feat, as trying to take a phone away from today's youth is no easy feat, though it can be done on occasion.

With the phone embargo in effect, one student in particular was not to be deterred. Much to the amusement of Sauercracker, the young man in question actually brought a record player to the classroom, complete with copies of Kanye West's classics The College Dropout and My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy. Sauercracker documented the power move on his Twitter, writing “Students are taking their Physics Midterm exam today. I said no cell phones, not even for music since they could be used to cheat. This student brought in a record player and is bumping Kanye in his headphones right now.”

To be honest, the fact that today's high school students are still listening to The College Dropout is a promising sign. The children are the future.
