Over the past couple weeks, Logic has been surprising fans with the release of a few new singles & videos, including “Overnight,” “44 More” & “Everyday” to name a few, but he never explained where they would end up until just a couple days ago when he announced the sequel to his Bobby Tarantino project. In fact Logic made the announcement with help from his Adult Swim cartoon friends Rick & Morty, who humorously debated the merits of "album Logic" versus "mixtape Logic" when deciding what music of his to play in their spaceship in the album promo clip.
"Of course I love Logic. Who doesn't like Logic? You gotta be a fucking idiot if you don't like Logic," Rick says before asking to hear "mixtape Logic," adding, "I'm in the mood to turn some shit up, Morty. I'm not in the mood for a message about how I can be whatever I want."
Now just two days after making the announcement, the anticipated Bobby Tarantino 2 project has arrived. Laced with 13 tracks in total, the follow up last year’s Everybody album features guest appearances from Big Sean, Wiz Khalifa, & 2 Chainz. Meanwhile production is handled by the likes of !llmind, Marshmellow, & 6ix among others.
