Buzzing 22-year-old grime artist Stormzy turned heads when he ripped a cold freestyle over The Game's "100" this summer. In September his "WickedSkegman4" freestyle made it is high as #18 on the UK singles chart, the highest charting freestyle of all-time. For his latest track, he goes full grime-mode showing off his rapid-fire flow over a uptempo Heavytrackerz beat.
The "Standard" video finds him donning a cap and raincoat, the official uniform of grime rappers, and rapping from an opulent throne, which looks very similar to the throne Fetty Wap sat in as he performed at Powerhouse 2015 or the throne on the cover of Fabolous' upcoming The Young OG Project 2.
