At 21 tracks in length, Statik Selektah's Lucky 7 sees verses from rappers coming out of every conceivable corner of the rap universe. Today it's a Brooklyn affair as "Murder Game" feat. Smif-N-Wessun, Buckshot, Young M.A gets the video treatment. A bit of a surprising choice given the album's depth, but it's all good.
The trios post up in a minimalist studio in this black and white, Guy Blelloch-directed video, and lets you know they don't give a fuck, "not a single, solitary fuck" and then expand on that theme. Always cool to see different generations of rappers not giving a fuck in the same space.
