In celebration of Marvel's new Spiderman movie "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse," Jordan Brand will be releasing a limited edition "Origin Story" Air Jordan 1 at 10am ET today, December 14. The exclusive colorway pays tribute to the film’s character, Miles Morales, who wears the kicks during the movie.

The Air Jordan 1 "Origin Story" utilizes the familiar "Chicago" colorway but the upper is much more decorative, featuring a 3M reflective textile upper accompanied by a glossy black Nike swoosh. Additional details include an icy blue outsole and a specially designed box commemorating the Marvel x Jumpman collaboration.
The kicks originally launched on December 1 exclusively out of FootLocker's House of Hoops truck near the movie premiere in Los Angeles, but they'll be available again today in honor of the film's global release.
