In celebration of Marvel's upcoming Spiderman movie "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse," Jordan Brand will be releasing a limited edition "Origin Story" Air Jordan 1. The exclusive colorway pay tribute to the film’s character, Miles Morales, who wears the kicks during the movie.

The Air Jordan 1 "Origin Story" utilizes the familiar "Chicago" colorway but the upper is much more decorative, featuring a 3M reflective textile upper accompanied by a glossy black Nike swoosh. Additional details include an icy blue outsole and a specially designed box commemorating the Marvel x Jumpman collaboration.
The kicks initially launched on December 1 exclusively out of FootLocker's House of Hoops truck near the movie premiere in Los Angeles, but they'll be available again at select Nike retailers on Friday, December 14. "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse" will launch at theaters everywhere on that same day.
