Snoop Dogg has hit a hell of a stride in 2017, and the Doggfather continues to drop new music on the regular. His latest single "Transition" finds him spitting bars over some Jahlil Beats production, sounding rejuvenated off the kush fumes. The instrumental has a futuristic quality to it with crisp drums and synthwork, yet it still retains that classic westcoast charm.

While everyone knows that Snoop is a prominent figure in the game, people sometimes forget that he can actually spit fire. If you needed a reminder of that, check out "Transition." Unfortunately, Snoop only raps for a little bit, opting to let the beat ride for the majority of the track.

Quotable Lyrics

Let me get my vape on,
Don't trip Supercrip with my cape on,
Bacon, how much am I gon' take home?
It don't matter at all, no matter the fall,
You either the bat or the ball
